vivor
Compact and individually heatable
Compact and inexpensive, vivor is a popular choice for versatile applications in the laboratory. Two versions are offered: a centred fitting with 4 outlets or four individual connections on the reactor lid. The reactor vivor can be used with an oil thermostat or in combination with a heating plate with stirrer drive and internal magnetic stir bar.
The reactor vivor makes do with a single fitting, but it is quite something, as it combines a shut-off valve, pressure gauge and bursting disc safety device at the same time. A dip tube on the autoclave lid completes the small autoclave.

varioso
We don’t just focus on the right content in a secure framework. We also offer a lot of remarkably useful detailed solutions. That’s why we designed the compact small autoclave system varioso for you. You will encounter a symbiosis between reactor vivor, a magnetic heating/stirring plate and a fully coordinated cooling system. You use the stirring element yourself according to your needs, for example a magnetic stirring rod.
The core piece is the autoclave “vivor” with its compact 60 ml or 100 ml, an operating temperature of up to 300°C and 480 bar depending on the material used. In terms of safety, we rely on a union nut, a conical ring seal and additional O-ring.

andorra
Our andorra is a real team player when it comes to multi-versions of four, eight or more autoclaves in series. The small autoclaves can easily be used in multiple reactions, where they are heated, cooled or controlled independently.
Our andorra comes from the small autoclave family – a development in autoclave construction based on many years of experience and perfected. Reactor “andorra” has the technology that is otherwise only found in large reactors: Seals have been severely limited, thanks to the prudent design to merge the reactor lid with the core piece of the magnetic stirrer drive and the magnetic stirrer drive in turn has, in addition to the essential valve connections, a pressure measurement and the pressure protection.

Laboratory reactor pollux
Our high-pressure autoclave is part of our quality design in reactor construction.
It is equipped with a pneumatic cylinder that allows the reactor vessel to be lifted against the lid. This design offers the advantage that all piping to the fittings on the reactor lid can be permanently installed. The pneumatic control system and the cooling water valves are installed in the rear wall of the reactor chassis and are accessible at the front through a service opening.

Laboratory reactor pinto
Sophisticated technology with the know-how of a pneumatic professional modelFurthermore it features a fundamentally different chassis. A 4-sided tubular frame in chrome steel provides maximum ground clearance for the drain valve or collection vessel and, in addition, the cooling water valve is easily accessible.

Variants/special features
Versions vary for the standard versions
- From 200 bar we use expansion bolts and nuts.
- Viton or other O-ring qualities on request
- Magnetic stirrer drive funrun in combination with three-phase motor 120W or a Heidolph drive
- With the magnetic stirrer funrun the three-phase motor is directly flange-mounted, the Heidolph drive, on the other hand, is connected via a flexible coupling (macline magnetic stirrer system).
- Output speed with ball bearing 0-1’300 rpm, with plain bearing 0-1’200 rpm.
- Heating: electric heating and fluid heating via heat transfer oil
- Immersion tube with temperature sensor type K for electric heating and Pt100 4p for fluid heating version
- Stirring element: diagonal blade stirrer
